the price of buildings (new or old before 1985) has doubled from last year! Why now when we are in a full world crise? When nobody got work to do anymore and more then 50% live in a utmost degrading poverty? Well..state issued a law where he is allowed to check bank accounts, private or company! I don't know if that affects for ex a romanian beggar from sweden...since the money he received were already taxed! But building owners are crushing the real estate sites with huge prices and no buyers! So wait....it's only temporary..I assure you prices will be 1/3 next year same period!

we cross a period when our patience and souls are pretty damaged; if you listen to the news, the more fall into fake creeds...so so....the better for some...have patience...there are only traps....don't fall....imagine you are in the mountains, winters and you do not know which is snow and which is earth....wait untill the snow melts...then cross!

presumptivly died in 1945 (actually only some died or were banished, those valuable like our former king Mihai I ~~ were banished even after communism set down in 1989~~)
